　　Huangping county Shangtang Town Central Primary School is the only primary school in this town. Seven years ago, the campus environment of Shangtang Central Primary School was simple, with no football field and no professional teachers, only a "mud pond" covered with weeds. Children who love football can only play football on the edge of the field and on the tractor road near the school. In 2016, the men’s football team from Shangtang Central Primary School won the runner-up of the county’s children’s men’s football in one fell swoop in the county’s youth campus football league. Since then, the seeds of "football dream" have also been planted in the hearts of children.

　　Since 2016, huangping county has invested in the construction of a standard football field and a plastic track in Shangtang Central Primary School. The once "mud pond" has become a "standard football field" and the school has taken on a new look. The new football field was put into use in October 2017. In 2018, the football team of Shangtang Town Central Primary School once again won the primary school women’s football championship and the primary school men’s football runner-up in the county campus football league.
