The top ten people who moved out of Dongguan before the Spring Festival were Ganzhou (5788), Hong Kong (3154), Chenzhou (2833), Yulin (2735), Hezhou (1307), Ningbo (615), Wuzhou (580), Zhangzhou (419) and Shanghai (392). The peak of Hong Kong’s emigration from Dongguan occurred at 23: 00 on February 3 (the fourth day), reaching an astonishing 341, or 34.1%.
