Yuan Zhengming, deputy director of CCTV, said: The creation and dissemination of public service advertisements using Chinese traditional cultural elements is an effective way to carry forward socialist core values. The creation and dissemination of graphic works, animation works and series of animated videos of Mengwa, which have initially formed a communication pattern from online to offline, from indoor to outdoor, from big screen to small screen, has created a good social atmosphere for cultivating and practicing socialist core values.
